We ship globally via air ✈️, delivering within 5 working days of payment confirmation using trusted couriers like DHL Express, UPS Express, FedEx, and TNT. The majority of orders are dispatched from our Shenzhen warehouse to almost every country in the World.

Duty and VAT Details

  • Europe 🇪🇺: 0% duty; VAT applies (19%-25%) unless a company VAT number is provided, reducing import fees to 0%.
  • USA 🇺🇸: 10% duty from April 2025; no federal VAT, state sales tax varies.
  • China 🇨🇳: 0% duty, 0% VAT.
  • UAE 🇦🇪: 0% duty, 5% VAT.

Individual Packaging and Pricing

Each miner is shipped separately 📦 in sealed, double-layered packaging with opaque foil ($3 value, included free), marked as Fragile, and assigned a unique tracking number. An order of 10 miners results in 10 packages, with shipping costs at 10x the single-unit rate (no bulk discounts). Orders over $500,000 require custom shipping—contact support@oneminers.com.

Payment and Processing

We accept cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin, Kaspa, Litecoin) via a regulated Changelly payment gateway, processed within hours, or wire transfers, cleared in 1-3 business days. Prices are in USD, confirmed at checkout.

Customs and Duty Support

We assist with customs clearance 🌍. You can request a lower customs value to reduce duties via a checkout note — insurance covers only the declared amount, therefore it is the client's risk if lowered. We aim to minimize fees and provide duty declaration support for all orders from USA 🇺🇸, Europe 🇪🇺, and China 🇨🇳 via our warehouses. (even if we have a warehouse in your country, there may be a duty transfer obligation for physical miner deliveries)

Shipping Costs and Insurance

Costs vary by destination and are quoted per miner at checkout. All packages are insured up to the declared value and shipped by air ✈️ for speed. Shipping costs typically range between 54 and 198 USD, depending on the package.

Personal Pickups

Personal pickups of crypto miners are possible in Europe, USA, and China for orders with a minimum quantity of 18 uniform pieces, upon mutual agreement.  

Hosting to Shipping Location

All miners sent to our hosting locations are usually shipped to the hosting location within 1-5 working days. Certain locations may require additional time to clear customs or set up.
