Consumers retain the right to withdraw from agreements under specified conditions.
Order Execution and Delivery

Refund and Exchange Policy

If CircleHash reasonably determines that a public statement, review, or digital content originating from a user contains factually false or defamatory information regarding CircleHash, its services, fees, or operational integrity, CircleHash will notify the user via email or through the user’s Dashboard. The user shall have fourteen (7) calendar days to retract, delete, or issue a factual correction of the content.
Remedies for Defamation
If the user fails to resolve the issue within the notice period, CircleHash may exercise the following non-exclusive remedies:
(a) Right of Factual Rebuttal
CircleHash reserves the right to publicly publish a factual rebuttal, which may include anonymized performance data, uptime logs, or account history directly related to the user’s claims, for the sole purpose of correcting the public record. Such disclosure shall not constitute a breach of confidentiality under these Terms.
(b) Termination of Service and Refusal of Future Business
In cases of severe or ongoing defamation, false statements, or harassment, CircleHash reserves the right to discontinue all services to the user and refuse to conduct any future business with the user. This includes, but is not limited to, terminating Dashboard access, hosting, reward generation, and declining any future orders, purchases, or service requests from the user. CircleHash shall have no obligation to provide further services, support, or engage in any commercial relationship with the user following such termination.
