Why is there a waitlist?
We prioritize hosting for new ASIC miners purchased directly through our platform or from our partners. However, as we build new facilities, we also allocate a portion of their capacity to clients who already own ASIC miners hosted elsewhere and wish to move them to a better location, as well as to those who have ASIC miners at home and want to benefit from lower electricity rates and higher uptime.
Warranty
If your ASIC miners are still under warranty, it will be transferred to our new hosting location. If your miners are no longer under warranty, we can offer you a warranty package. Alternatively, you can use our on-site service center, which can repair your ASIC miners according to the OneMiners public price list. We apply common sense: for older models, we can often refurbish one fully working unit from two non-functional miners for a minimal fee.
Initial Payments
Initial payments include installation fees, slot reservation fee, customs duties, cleaning fee, and setup fee. No additional hidden fees will be charged.
Hosting Fees
Hosting fees are slightly higher for older ASIC miners compared to newer models.
