Note: Antminer S19 XP and above hashboards are automatically rated as Level 2 Hashboard Repair due to the complexity of manipulation. Unrecoverable boards and repair attempts have a minimal fee of part or unit diagnostic depending on how the unit was received.
Warranty Information
DOA Warranty (7 Days): All fixed parts are covered by a 7-day DOA (Dead on Arrival) warranty. This ensures that the parts are free from defects at the time of delivery, giving you peace of mind and confidence in our repair services.
Full Unit Repair Warranty (3 Months): For repairs where the entire unit is serviced, we offer a 3-month warranty. This warranty ensures that the entire miner is free from defects and fully operational. This prolonged warranty allows our technical team to ensure the integrity of the entire unit, preventing other faulty parts from affecting the repaired components.
Unrecoverable Boards
Return Option: If a hashboard is beyond repair or not cost-effective to fix, you can choose to have the board returned to you. This option requires paying the base diagnostic fee and the shipping return label.
Surrender Option: Alternatively, you can choose to surrender the board to OneMiners for spare parts/scrap. By selecting this option, all associated fees are waived, providing a mutually beneficial arrangement.
