How Asset Exchanges Work on OneMiners

Learn the process of efficiently converting your assets from one cryptocurrency to another on OneMiners by following these straightforward steps:

Step 1: Access Your Dashboard

  1. Sign into your OneMiners account.
  2. Head to the "WalletBalance" section.

Step 2: Initiate an Exchange

  1. Click the "Exchange" button, found next to the "Withdraw" option.
  2. In the exchange popup, choose the currencies you wish to exchange from and to.
  3. Input the amount of the original currency you want to exchange.

Step 3: Preview Your Exchange Order

  1. Select "Preview Exchange Order" to examine the details of your exchange.
  2. The preview will display the exact amount of the new currency you'll get and any applicable fees.
  3. This preview order is locked for 2 minutes to ensure clarity and avoid undesired fees.

Step 4: Confirm or Cancel Your Exchange

In the Preview Order screen, you'll see:

  • The amount of the new currency you will receive.
  • The fees charged in the original currency.
  • The USD equivalent based on the current exchange rates.
You can decide to either proceed with or cancel the exchange at this point.

Additional Information

  • A fee of 3% is levied on the original currency amount during the exchange process.
  • Once the exchange order is confirmed, the specified amount is deducted from your original wallet and is usually transferred to your destination wallet within 5 minutes.

View Your Exchange History

  • All your exchange orders can be reviewed in the "Exchange" tab located within the "WalletBalance" section. For a comprehensive record of your earnings and transactions, navigate to the "Transactions" tab.

If you need any assistance or have questions about the exchange process, our support team at OneMiners is here to help.
