How payment affects dispatch
Your order is prepared for shipment once payment is verified. Crypto payments generally confirm within a few hours; SEPA bank transfers usually clear within 1–3 business days. Bulk and hosting orders follow the same verification step before deployment.

Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) — our default
For most destinations we ship DDP, which means import duties and applicable taxes are covered before your parcel leaves us. Your hardware is delivered cleared, with no surprise fees at the door.
Delivery At Place (DAP) — where DDP isn’t available
For some regions or parcel types where DDP cannot be applied, shipments move under DAP. In that case the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST and customs clearance fees charged by their country. We flag this before dispatch whenever it applies.
