We are delighted to offer international shipping. Shipping fees are based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method. If the calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost, we will contact you to resolve the difference.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes In Europe, taxes are applied to orders shipped to Czechia and other applicable states. Registered companies with a European TAX number are exempt from this tax, and adjustments can be made by contacting us for tax-free quotes.

For orders outside Europe, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival, depending on the destination. Many of our products, such as electronics, are generally duty-free. We endeavor to optimize tax payments for customers potentially facing import duties.

Remarkably, orders paid with digital currency (cryptocurrency) are tax-exempt globally.

ASIC Miners and Server Shipping from China We offer ASIC miners and servers shipped directly from China and Hong Kong. These items are sent from our hub in China, resembling an eBay purchase process, including import declaration. Full warranty, setup, repair services, and support are provided for these products.

Ground Shipping from the Czech Republic Estimated delivery times for products shipped from the Czech Republic are listed by country, ranging from 1 business day within Czechia to 4-8 business days for the USA and Canada.

Warranty Policy

Our company extends a 7-year product warranty for all customers, in compliance with USA legislation, covering defects.

Post-Warranty Support We offer comprehensive post-warranty services as an authorized repair center for ASIC miners in Europe. While these services are chargeable, we aim to provide cost-effective solutions with superior outcomes.

• We conduct repairs for items beyond the warranty period, offering more competitive rates than original manufacturers or authorized centers.
• Replacement parts for out-of-warranty products, including batteries and light bulbs, are available at reduced prices compared to original manufacturers.
• Technical assistance for products outside the warranty scope is provided via phone or email, at more affordable rates than original manufacturers.
• Remote support services, including diagnostics and troubleshooting, are offered at lower costs than original manufacturers, facilitating efficient problem resolution.
• Maintenance and cleaning services for products no longer under warranty are available at favorable rates, ensuring prolonged product lifespan and performance.
• Environmentally responsible recycling services for out-of-warranty products are provided, promoting eco-friendly disposal at lower costs than original manufacturers.
