Why is the value higher for miners hosted with OneMiners?
A hosted miner stays in our facility, so there's no unracking, packaging or freight — on your side or ours. We also already have its performance history. That saving goes into a higher trade-in value.
What does "up to" mean?
It's the maximum we pay for that model in full working condition and at a young age. The final value depends on the miner's age, condition and test results, and is confirmed before you accept.
How do I receive the value?
Always as credit toward a new miner hosted with OneMiners — just like a phone trade-in. As soon as you accept the offer, the credit is added to your OneMiners balance instantly. We don't pay out cash.
Can I use the credit on any miner?
Credit applies to a new miner that will be hosted at a OneMiners facility. It can't be used for miners shipped to your own location.
Do you take broken or partially working miners?
Yes. A partially working unit (e.g. one dead hashboard or low hashrate) is valued at up to 40% of the full price, a non-working unit at up to 10% — its parts value. Pick the condition in the calculator and describe it honestly in your request.
Which models do you accept?
Current and older generation ASICs alike. If your model isn't in the list, send a request — we'll quote it.
Who pays for shipping a miner to you?
You do. Shipped-in miners travel at your own cost and risk. Pack carefully and photograph the packing and the sealed parcel — if the carrier damages it, the photos are your proof for a claim.
Do you accept miners from outside the US?
Yes — we accept miners from anywhere. Ship to our location in Prague, Czech Republic, or to our US office, whichever is closer.
How long does testing take?
Inspection and stress-testing take up to 7 days from the moment your miner is delivered. Then we send you the final offer.
What if the final offer is lower than expected?
The indicative price is based on your description of the miner. If testing shows a lower value, we send you a revised offer together with the test results. Nothing is credited until you accept it. If the offer is significantly lower and you decline it, we'll arrange the next steps with you individually. Non-working units can also be recycled by us free of charge.
