2. No purchase necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Eligibility

Open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that entry is lawful where they live.

4. Entry period

The promotion closes at midnight on 11 September 2026 (US Central Time). Entries received after that point will not be counted. Sponsor's system clock is the official timekeeper.

5. How to enter

Complete the entry form on this page. One entry per person. Duplicate entries from the same person will be consolidated into a single entry.

A completed entry form is required. Social media activity alone does not enter anyone into this promotion and will not be counted if no form submission exists for that person.

Bonus entries. Entrants who supply an Instagram handle may earn additional entries: one (1) entry for each public comment on Sponsor's announcement reel tagging a distinct other account, to a maximum of three (3); and two (2) entries for a public repost of that reel to a story or feed with Sponsor's account tagged. Maximum five (5) bonus entries per person, so a maximum of six (6) total entries including the form submission. Comment activity is verified after the entry period closes. Because story posts expire after 24 hours, story reposts are only counted where Sponsor received and recorded the tagged mention while the story was live — so tag Sponsor's account, and don't leave it to the last day. Activity on private accounts cannot be verified and will not be counted. Sponsor's determination of which activity qualifies is final.

6. Minimum entries condition

The prize will only be awarded if 10,000 or more valid entries are received during the entry period. If fewer than 10,000 valid entries are received, no winner will be drawn, no prize will be awarded, and every entrant will be notified by email that the promotion did not proceed. Entrants have no claim against Sponsor in that event.

7. Prize

Thirty (30) consecutive days of mining proceeds generated by one Antminer S23 Hyd (580 TH/s) operated by Sponsor at a Sponsor facility, monitored by the winner through the OneMiners application. Sponsor bears all electricity and hosting costs during that period. Approximate retail value [ARV], being the estimated proceeds over thirty days.

The prize is not the machine. The Antminer S23 Hyd remains the property of Sponsor at all times, is not shipped to the winner, and ownership does not transfer under any circumstances. The $12,299 figure referenced in Sponsor's marketing is the retail value of the hardware Sponsor operates, not the value of the prize.

Access ends at the close of the thirty-day period. The winner may withdraw accrued proceeds at any time during or after that period, and may separately elect to purchase the machine or begin a hosting agreement at Sponsor's then-current rates. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

Mining proceeds depend on network difficulty, Bitcoin price and uptime. Sponsor does not guarantee any level of proceeds, and the actual amount received may be higher or lower than the stated approximate value.

8. Winner selection and notification

Provided the condition in section 6 is met, one winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries on [DRAW DATE]. The winner will be notified by email at the address given at entry and must respond within seven (7) days. If the winner does not respond within that period, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner drawn.

9. Winner obligations

Before the prize is released, the winner must sign and return: (i) an affidavit of eligibility; (ii) a liability release; and (iii) a publicity and content agreement under which the winner agrees to film themselves receiving the prize, publish that video on their own public social media account, and provide a copy of the video to Sponsor, granting Sponsor a licence to use that video and the winner's name and likeness in its own marketing. A winner who is unwilling to accept these terms should not enter.

10. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, local and any other taxes arising from the prize. Where the value of the prize requires it, US winners will be issued an IRS Form 1099 and must supply a completed Form W-9 before the prize is released.

11. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.

12. Privacy

Information submitted is collected by Sponsor and used to administer this promotion and to contact entrants about its outcome. Entering does not subscribe you to marketing email. Sponsor's privacy policy applies.

13. Platform release

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Each entrant completely releases Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from this promotion.

14. General

Sponsor may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated or duplicated. Sponsor may amend or withdraw this promotion where required by law, and will notify entrants by email if it does so. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
