Guarantee of Refund Within 14 Days Should you receive an incorrect, damaged, incomplete, or manufacturing-defective item, please inform us within 14 days via phone, fax, or email to initiate a replacement or refund process. Returns notified beyond the 14-day period may still be accepted without a restocking charge, entitling you to a full refund. For returns of unneeded or unwanted items, please reach out within 14 days. Upon our agreement, a Return Merchandise Authorization will be provided, potentially leading to a full refund without restocking fees.
We also commit to rectifying any fulfillment errors by accepting returns of any wrongly shipped items within 14 days from the purchase date.
All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization code is required for all returns and must be obtained within the specified return window.

Exchanges Policy Exchanges are permitted within a 14-day window without any additional fees, provided the item is in its original condition without significant wear or use.
Furthermore, products under a 7-year warranty can be exchanged in cases of breakage or malfunction. For instance, if a power supply unit fails, we will replace the defective item with a new one.
