Active Miner Management Guide

Learn how to oversee your active mining machines with OneMiners.

Introduction

Effective management of your active mining machines is key to maximizing the efficiency of your mining activities. This guide will help you navigate through the OneMiners platform to manage your miners effectively.

Accessing Miner Details

  1. Log in to your OneMiners account.
  2. Go to the "Active Miners" section on the dashboard.
  3. Select the miner you wish to manage to view its detailed information page.

Restarting Your Miner

To restart your miner, do the following:

  1. On the miner's details page, look for the "Restart" option among the list of available actions.
  2. Click on the "Restart" button.
  3. Note that restart actions take time to execute, generally up to 30 minutes.

Turning On/Off Your Miner

To control the power state of your miner:

  1. Find the "Turn On/Off" option on the miner's details page.
  2. Click the "Turn On/Off" button.
  3. Turning the miner on or off usually takes up to 30 minutes to complete.

Important Considerations

  • Turning Off Your Miner: Doing so stops mining operations and eliminates electricity costs, which is beneficial if the miner is not cost-effective at the moment.
  • Inactive Period: Machines that are off for more than 3 days will lose their reserved status. OneMiners assumes such miners are not profitable, and you'll have options like selling the machine, requesting it to be shipped to you, or contacting support for advice.
  • Continued Operation: You might decide to keep your miner running despite low profitability to cover electricity and other fees.

By adhering to these instructions, you can effectively manage your active mining machines on the OneMiners platform. For any inquiries or needed assistance, our support team is always available to help.
