Fee Schedule

This schedule sets out the standard ancillary fees that may apply to OneMiners hosting, logistics and maintenance services. It forms part of your Hosting Agreement and is referenced in our Terms and Conditions. Fees listed here are in addition to the hosting and energy rates stated in your contract.

Logistics & Handling
De-Racking Labor Fee $30.00 per machine Flat labor fee for un-racking hardware prior to physical release.
Packaging & Palletizing ~$20.00 per miner, up to 10 kg ~$40.00 per miner, over 10 kg Specialized foam inserts, anti-static bags, double-walled boxes and pallets.
Freight, Shipping & Customs At actual cost Carrier fees (FedEx / UPS / DHL / freight), insurance, import and export duties and tax levies.
Miner Reconnection Fee $30.00 per machine Applied after power-down due to payment default, safety inspection or client request.
Storage & Disposal
Post-Termination Hardware Storage $100.00 per machine / month Assessed starting 30 calendar days post-termination if equipment is not picked up.
Abandoned Hardware Recycling $50.00 Applied 60 days post-decommissioning if shipping instructions or fees are not remitted.
Maintenance & Security
Advanced Maintenance (External) Standard bench rate + parts Client-approved diagnostics and repairs billed at standard technician rates.
Security Inspection (External) $25.00 – $50.00 per machine Mandatory security check for malware, viruses, trackers or rogue firmware.
Malware / Tracker Breach Penalty $150.00 per machine * Assessed if client equipment contains spy devices, viruses or unapproved software.
Financial Administration
Late Payment & Lookup Fee $25.00 Applied to the Energy / Fees Account when invoices or installments exceed the due date by more than 5 days.
Overdue Account Interest 0.2% per day (73% per annum) Interest accrued on all past-due balances until settled in full.
Contract Termination & De-Racking
Promotional Contract Termination or De-Racking Discounts + standard fees + 10% within the first 3 months Discounts + standard fees within the first 12 months Applies to early termination and to de-racking of hosted miners. Either requires repayment of all accrued promotional rate discounts or waived fees.

* In addition to any costs associated with removal of the software or device and any resulting damages.
