Every July, the global Bitcoin mining industry picks one city to compare hardware, hosting rates, and ideas face to face. In 2026, that city is Miami. From July 21 to July 23, 2026, Mining Disrupt — the Bitcoin Mining Expo widely described as the largest gathering of miners in the world — takes over the Miami Airport Convention Center, and OneMiners will be on the floor with a booth, a full team, and live demos of the platform behind our 1,964 MW global hosting network.

This guide is written for two readers at once. If you have never attended a mining conference, it explains what Mining Disrupt actually is, what happens across the three days, and how to use an expo floor to make better mining decisions. If you are already going, it tells you exactly what OneMiners is bringing to Miami and how to book time with our team. Either way, the goal is the same one we apply to hosting: walk in with a plan, and let the numbers do the talking.

New to the industry? Brush up on mining fundamentals at btcfq.com before you fly — the expo makes far more sense when you already know what a joule per terahash is.

What Is Mining Disrupt?

Mining Disrupt is a dedicated Bitcoin mining conference and trade show that has run since 2019, serving as the industry's central hub for education, collaboration, and commerce. Unlike broader crypto events, almost everything on this floor is about the physical business of mining: ASIC hardware, power infrastructure, cooling systems, firmware, pools, and hosting. The 2026 edition in Miami is the event's 8th year.

The show has grown with the industry. The 2025 edition ran in March at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale with over 200 exhibitors — from hardware giants like Bitmain and Canaan to pools and financiers such as Foundry and Genesis Mining — and the organizers also run a rotating Bitcoin Mining Summit in Texas, with an Irving, Texas edition held in November 2025. For 2026, the flagship show moves to the Miami Airport Convention Center at 711 NW 72nd Ave — a venue choice that puts the event minutes from an international airport in one of the most crypto-forward cities in the United States.

Why does a physical expo still matter in an industry that lives online? Because mining is, at its core, an infrastructure business. You can read spec sheets all year, but standing next to a hydro-cooled ASIC, watching an immersion tank run, or pressing a hosting provider on their real electricity rate in person compresses months of research into three days.

The program follows the structure the event is known for: keynotes and panels from operators, hardware makers, and energy specialists; a packed expo floor; an Official Opening and After Party where a lot of the real networking happens; and the Container Showcase. Ticket tiers range from the general Satoshi Pass (keynotes, expo, opening and after party, container showcase) through the VIP Miner Pass (miner lounge, open bar) up to the elite Genesis Pass (private lounge, backstage access, private dinner). Details and registration live on miningdisrupt.com.

What Is the Container Showcase?

One of Mining Disrupt's signature features is an outdoor/indoor display of containerized mining infrastructure — full-size mining containers you can walk into. A mining container is a modified shipping container fitted with racks, high-voltage power distribution, and airflow or liquid cooling, typically holding hundreds of ASIC miners. Containers matter because they made mining modular: instead of building a warehouse, an operator can place capacity next to a power source — a hydro dam, a gas well, a substation — in weeks rather than years.

This is a topic we know well. OneMiners deploys containerized capacity across our own network — including our Houston, Texas site — alongside warehouse-scale facilities in the USA, Nigeria, Ethiopia, the UAE, Finland, Norway and beyond. If you walk the Container Showcase and want to understand how container economics translate into the hosting rate you would actually pay, that is exactly the conversation to have at our booth.

Five Themes to Watch on the 2026 Floor

Based on the event's announced panel topics and where the industry is heading, expect these five themes to dominate:

1. AI and HPC convergence. Miners control two things AI datacenters desperately need: large power interconnects and industrial cooling expertise. Expect panels and products aimed at operators balancing Bitcoin mining with AI/HPC workloads — and a lot of debate about which business earns more per megawatt.

2. Energy innovation. Flared gas, stranded hydro, curtailment contracts, and grid-response programs. The cheapest electricity in mining increasingly comes from creative deals, and the companies that structure them exhibit here. This is the core of the OneMiners model too — our network runs on rates as low as $0.0364/kWh in Nigeria precisely because we go where power is abundant.

3. Cooling and heat reuse. Air cooling still dominates by unit count, but hydro and immersion machines now top every efficiency chart, and heat-reuse projects (greenhouses, district heating) are moving from novelty to line item. Expect fluid vendors, tank makers, and closed-loop systems all over the floor.

4. Quantum security. A newer addition to the agenda: what post-quantum cryptography means for Bitcoin over the long horizon. Less about products, more about keeping the protocol conversation honest.

5. Open-source mining and decentralization. Firmware, stratum alternatives, and pool transparency — the push to keep hashrate distribution healthy as the industry consolidates.

Who Exhibits — and How to Work the Floor

Historically the floor splits into five camps: hardware OEMs (Bitmain, MicroBT, Canaan, Bitdeer, Auradine and peers showing their newest-generation rigs), cooling vendors (immersion tanks, hydro plates, dielectric and heat-transfer fluids), pools and finance (Foundry, Genesis Mining and others), energy and hosting providers, and software/infrastructure (monitoring, firmware, curtailment platforms). The 2026 sponsor list already spans that spread — from mining marketplace Easy2Mine and power specialist Elektron Energy to cooling-fluid maker Houghton Chemical and B2B payments platform PayStand.

For a first-time attendee, the floor can feel like 200 booths shouting numbers at you. The fix is to arrive with a comparison framework. Everything in mining reduces to one equation:

Profit = Revenue − (Electricity + Fees). Revenue is set by the network. Fees are a negotiation. Electricity is physics — and it is the number to pin every vendor down on.

Seven questions to ask any hosting provider at the show

  • What is the all-in electricity rate — and is it fixed or variable? (OneMiners: from $0.0364/kWh, fixed for 7 years.)
  • Are there performance or management fees on top? (OneMiners: 0% — the rate is the rate.)
  • What uptime do you guarantee, and what happens if you miss it? (OneMiners: 98%+ measured uptime, 95% SLA floor with compensation.)
  • Who owns the hardware, and can I see it running? (OneMiners: you own it — and you monitor it live in our iOS/Android app.)
  • What warranty covers my machines? (OneMiners: up to 7 years on eligible hardware.)
  • Is my equipment insured while hosted?
  • Where exactly are the facilities, and can you prove the capacity? (Ask us about all 20 locations.)

Run every quote you collect through an independent calculator like asicprofit.com the same evening, while the conversation is fresh. Two booths quoting the same headline rate can produce very different net results once fees are included — the OneMiners calculators make that comparison explicit.

OneMiners at Mining Disrupt 2026

For OneMiners, Miami is a home game. The USA has been our headquarters market since the 2023 rebrand, we opened our Miami showroom in 2025, and our largest expansion pipeline — including a flagship US project — is American. Sending the team a few miles up the road to the industry's biggest floor was never in question.

Here is what we are bringing to the booth, all three days:

At the OneMiners booth

  • Live platform demos — real-time hashrate, earnings and AI Smart Mining auto-tuning in the OneMiners app, on real machines in real facilities.
  • Hosting consultations — compare rates across our 20 global locations, from Nigeria at $0.0364/kWh to US sites from $0.0455/kWh with no added fees.
  • Hardware guidance — which current-generation ASIC miners fit your budget and electricity rate, including the hydro fleet.
  • Pay Later walkthroughs — how the 25%-down quarter-payment plan works for new deployments, explained in our How It Works flow.
  • Straight answers — the same seven questions above, answered with documents, not slogans.

Our booth number will be confirmed in the event app and on our social channels closer to doors opening. If you want a guaranteed slot with the team rather than a walk-up, request a consultation in advance via oneminers.com/pages/how-it-works and mention Mining Disrupt.

OneMiners on the Conference Circuit

Mining Disrupt 2026 will be our first Mining Disrupt as exhibitors, but conferences are a regular part of how OneMiners meets partners and customers — our team has worked booths and floors from Prague to Dubai to Las Vegas. Here is what that looks like in practice. Note: the photos below are from previous, different conferences — not Mining Disrupt — shown so you know what to look for when you find us in Miami.

How to Get the Most Out of a Mining Expo

Three days go fast. A simple plan beats wandering:

A first-timer's expo playbook

  • Before you fly: learn the vocabulary (hashrate, J/TH, difficulty) at btcfq.com, and set a baseline scenario for your budget at asicprofit.com.
  • Day 1: walk the whole floor once without committing. Note the hardware that keeps appearing — that is the real market signal.
  • Day 2: deep conversations. Bring the seven hosting questions, collect written quotes, photograph spec plates.
  • Day 3: return visits and decisions. The best deals are often confirmed on the last morning, when vendors have time to talk.
  • Evenings: the Official Opening and After Party are where partnerships actually form. Bring cards.
  • Practical Miami note: July runs hot (~90°F) and humid with afternoon storms — the convention center is air-conditioned; your patience in the taxi line may not be.

FAQ: Mining Disrupt 2026

1. When and where is Mining Disrupt 2026?

July 21–23, 2026, at the Miami Airport Convention Center, 711 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, Florida. Tickets and the agenda are on miningdisrupt.com.

2. What is Mining Disrupt?

The world's largest dedicated Bitcoin mining expo, running since 2019. It combines keynotes, a 200+ exhibitor trade-show floor, a Container Showcase, and official networking parties. 2026 is the 8th edition.

3. Will OneMiners be at Mining Disrupt 2026?

Yes — OneMiners is exhibiting with a staffed booth and a full team across all three days. Booth number will be announced on our channels once confirmed in the event app.

4. Who should attend a Bitcoin mining expo?

Anyone deciding where to put mining capital: first-time buyers comparing ASIC hardware, existing operators comparing hosting rates, and institutions evaluating the sector. If your electricity at home costs $0.12/kWh or more, an expo is the fastest way to understand why hosted mining changes the math.

5. What ticket types exist?

Three tiers: the Satoshi Pass (keynotes, expo, opening and after party, container showcase), the Miner Pass (adds the miner lounge and open bar), and the Genesis Pass (adds private lounge, backstage access, and a private dinner). Prices and availability are on the official site.

6. What is the Container Showcase?

A walk-through display of containerized mining infrastructure — the modular data centers that let operators deploy hundreds of miners directly at a power source. OneMiners uses container deployments in our own network, including in Houston, Texas.

7. Which hardware makers usually show up?

In recent editions the floor has featured Bitmain, MicroBT, Canaan, Bitdeer, and Auradine among others, typically with their newest-generation air, hydro, and immersion machines on display.

8. How do I compare hosting offers I collect at the show?

Reduce every offer to the all-in rate: electricity price plus every fee, divided by your machine's consumption. Then model it at asicprofit.com or with the OneMiners calculators. A "cheap" rate with a 15% performance fee is rarely cheap.

9. Can I meet the OneMiners team without attending?

Yes. Our Miami showroom operates year-round, and you can book an online consultation anytime via How It Works — the same specialists, no conference badge required.

10. Has OneMiners exhibited at conferences before?

Yes — BTC Prague 2024 and 2025, Blockchain Life 2024 in Dubai, and Bitcoin 2026 in Las Vegas, among others. Mining Disrupt 2026 is our first time at this particular show; the photos above are from those earlier, different conferences.

Two hundred booths will tell you their story in Miami. OneMiners will show you the numbers instead.
